BEAM grew out of a four-year workforce innovation program initially piloted by the Greater New Orleans Foundation. Led by Powell DiGangi, who holds a master’s degree in social work from Tulane University, this initiative successfully produced resilient, long-term employees even during the COVID pandemic. Building on that success, DiGangi developed BEAM independently to bring these proven practices to firms focused on cultivating a stable, loyal staff eager to grow with the company.
